  5. This file provides information for Shareware Distributors, Disk Vendors and
  6. Computer Clubs who wish to distribute this package.

  19. Individuals who wish to distribute this package to friends
  20. or associates may do so in accordance with the restrictions
  21. outlined in LICENSE.DOC.

  23. Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to add this 
  24. package to their disk library may do so in accordance with the
  25. Distribution Restrictions listed below.

  27.    If you would like your Computer Club or User Group to be placed on our
  28.    mailing list for future upgrades to any of our products, please contact
  29.    us for complete details.  Our address, phone number, and America Online 
  30.    ID number is listed in DESCRIBE.DOC.

  35. As the exclusive copyright holder for this software, Full Sail Software
  36. authorizes distribution only in accordance with the following restrictions.

  38. ASP Approved Vendors in good standing are hereby given permission to
  39. distribute Bond Tracker package.  Non-ASP member vendors must
  40. request permission prior to distributing this package.
  41.  
  42. This software package - including all related program files and documentation 
  43. files - CANNOT be modified in any way and must be distributed as a complete 
  44. package, without exception. 
  45.  
  46.    Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or installation
  47.    batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are acceptable.
  48.  
  49. No price or other compensation may be charged for this package.
  50. A distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping and 
  51. handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed US$6.00 in the U.S. 
  52. and Canada, or US$8.00 internationally. The user must be made aware that 
  53. he is purchasing a SHAREWARE program.

  55. Disk Sets & CD-ROMs:

  57. This software package CANNOT be sold as part of some other
  58. inclusive package.  Nor can it be included in any commercial software
  59. packaging offer, without a written agreement from Full Sail Software.

  61.    Vendors who wish to distribute this software package as part of a 
  62.    collection (such as PsL's MegaDisk set, or a CD-ROM package) 
  63.    may do so provided that all the other restrictions are met. It is
  64.    requested by Full Sail Software that we be informed of your intent to 
  65.    distribute the program in a collection.

  67.    If you wish to add any of our programs to a CD-ROM or other collection,
  68.    please check the release date of the version you have.  If the version is
  69.    over twelve (12) months old then please contact us to ensure that you
  70.    have the most current version.

  72. Disk-of-the-Month (or Subscription) Distribution:

  74. If you would like to distribute this software package as a Disk-of-the-Month, 
  75. or as part of a subscription or monthly service, then the following restrictions apply:

  77.    ASP Associate (Disk Vendor) Members in good standing are hereby given
  78.    permission to distribute this software package under the Disk-of-the-Month 
  79.    style of distribution.

  81.    Others (non-ASP Members) must contact us in advance to ensure that you
  82.    have the most current version of the software.

  84.    You cannot use a Disk-of-the-Month distribution to use up your inventory
  85.    of old (out of date) disks.  Only current versions may be shipped as
  86.    Disk-of-the-Month disks.

  88. The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole or in part, using
  89. any means, without the written permission of Full Sail Software.  In other
  90. words, the disk-based documentation may not be distributed in PRINTED
  91. (hardcopy) form.

  93. This software package cannot be "rented" or "leased" to others.

  95. You may not list any of our products in advertisements, catalogs, or other
  96. literature which describes our products as "FREE SOFTWARE".  Shareware is
  97. "Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is NOT free.

  99. Full Sail Software prohibits the distribution of outdated versions of this
  100. software package, without written permission from Full Sail Software. 
  101. If the version you have is over twelve (12) months old, please contact us 
  102. to ensure that you have the most current version.

  104. Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  105. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program
  106. except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  107. result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  109. U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S.
  110. Government of the computer software and documentation in this package shall
  111. be subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial computer
  112. software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical
  113. Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The
